It was pouring rain on check in day and owner allowed us to check in early. The condo is perfect and everything is well thought of. Right down to night light in the bathroom. Very clean. Well appointed kitchen.
Bed and linens comfy. Beach chairs, lots of towels and swim items. Just an A+ stay for nine days.

I really enjoyed the nice, and thank goodness, AC condo. It is upstairs but we were ok with that. Beautiful u/s Patio to have coffee, tea etc. It is close to market 5 min (if you stay in Princeville you have to drive everywhere). Very nicely equipped kitchen. This is not a fancy place- which we liked. And three large bedrooms WITH three bathrooms- definitely a score. Hanelei is down the hill. There is a cool local bar in the same shopping center as the market- we went twice.

Gorgeous home made with your comfort in mind! The entire unit is beautiful with modern furnishings, decor & appliances. The host thought of everything you might need including golf clubs, beach gear, sippy cups & bibs for little ones (I've never seen that before). Dan is a great host & he provided information about the area, local restaurants, places to visit, etc. We plan to stay there again when we return someday!!

The apartment was a great size and very clean and the decor was perfect. It was in a great location and we could get to all parts of the island within 40 minutes or so. The apartment was close to Kappa which had good restaurants and shopping and everything you needed but was nice and quiet and away from major streets and noise. The sound of the waves were spectacular and the bed nice and comfortable! We had everything we needed in the apartment including cooler bags, beach chairs and lots of towels.

Great location! Restaurants, bars, pool, hot tub and beach are literally right outside the door/ok, 2 minute walk. The condo was comfortable and well stocked.

The front desk attendant was very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary utensils for cooking. The view and sound of the ocean was absolutely amazing. We enjoyed the patio and watched the sun rise every morning. Ample towels!

It was a nice affordable room right near the beach and an easy walk to several restaraunts and shops. The overall location provided an easy drive to Kapaa, Lihue, and the north coast.
Fantastic location overlooking the beach and bike path, access to pool and other facilities, close to Coconut Marketplace, Imua coffee, shops and restaurants, yoga on the beach. The hosts were great to deal with, very clear instructions and responded to questions very promptly. Attention to detail and extras provided to make the stay comfortable. The housekeeper Kimberlee went above and beyond to help us. Many thanks Lupe and Kimberlee!

This is an awesome hotel in a great location. We loved the oceanfront room. The place was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice and welcoming. We liked the peacefulness and quiet. We also liked the walking trail in front of the property. Thank you we loved it and hope to be back again.
The staff was very friendly, the location of the hotel is perfect, it is quiet at night, walking distance to the square with food trucks. An ideal place to visit both the north and south of the island. Hotel was old, but we had everything we expected. We could check in before 3pm - this was very convenient for us.
Ideal location on the beach. Many restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. The town of Kapaa offers also many options at a 5 mins drive. Located on the east coast, it’s a very good base to explore the island (north shore is 30 mins drive, the canyon is at an hour drive).
The pool and the yoga classes are very nice !
The location was ideal for seeing the whole island. The facilities inside the room and communal facilities were all excellent. The lava lava beach club is so good that people from across Kauai come for their dinner and live music every night. The staff were all exceptionally nice.
