The vehicle was perfectly equipped with anything you need for car or tent camping. It was clean, well maintained, and perfect for the island roads. Sean and his family made my proposal an absolutely picture perfect night by going above and beyond and setting up our items on his favorite beach. The accommodation on the farm is equivalent to a very nice backpackers. The plumeria room had a mini fridge, coffee machine (with coffee and creamer), a microwave, a hair dryer, and a standing fan. The bathroom had soap/shampoo, conditioner and body lotion provided. I found a clothes iron in the cupboard. The location is quiet and tranquil, and it was well located for exploring the road to Hana and for driving to Haleakala. The staff was very friendly. You have access to a communal kitchen (think backpackers in terms of tidiness etc). There is a hot tub on a deck with a magnificent view. You also have access to a pool and sauna. And you can use the laundry facilities in the evening.

The location was perfect for my stay. I love Paia. It is so peaceful and quiet. My favorite part of our stay is the private beach access by Mama's Fish House. The place is nicely decorated and well-kept. I am happy I found this little Jem.
