Ample parking, close to lots of restaurants, pleasant/helpful staff and decent pricing were what I would consider benefits. I also liked that we were situated on the first floor, close to the elevator, which was convenient for one of my guests who had a wheelchair.

It's an outstanding basement-level flat with all the amenities you could possibly need. You could simply move in and live there for a few months. It was our sixth and, by far, best accommodation during our trip to the United States. The neighbourhood is also lovely, with several restaurants and pubs within walking distance; a lovely deli is only 2 minutes away. The host is friendly and easily approachable. Our only regret was that we had only reserved it for two nights! :)

A very private and fully equipped condo on 2nd floor, many beds, large space, the patio is converted into a lounge where you can eat and some office work. It is old townhouse style and 2 miles to Capitol. There is a small convenience shop just across the street, and a bike station. Overall a nice stay place for visitors to DC.

We loved everything about this apartment. Everything was clean and tidy, we appreciated the attention to detail, the host's helpfulness, and the excellent communication. Very good breakfast, with fresh fruits, lots of choice, hot dishes. Particularly appreciated compared to U.S. standards seen in most of the places. The rooms are spacious and the beds really comfortable.
