We are a family of four (kids 5 & 1 years old). We drove from Muscat to Sohar and spent 3 nights here. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The family suite had a large living room and the whole place was very clean.
It was nice that there are tables and seats under a shade in front of the house.
The playground was the highlight for the kids. There are several restaurants (many are called coffee shops) nearby.
In the evening, we went picknicking at the beach where the locals also went. I saw a sandwich stand which is open in the evening at the beach too. The atmosphere was really nice.
Some mosquitoes came through the bathroom, so we kept the bathroom door closed.

Amazing location, right on the beach. The room itself was quite ordinary, but very clean and comfortable. The view from the room is priceless. There was a small private balcony with a swing. The staff is helpful and polite. Ample free parking available.
