We booked 2 rooms for a one night stay on the way to Salalah. Staff were excellent. Our flight to salalah was delayed and they gave us complimentary late check out. The service is above and beyond at this hotel, i had to call Oman air and it would have been expensive from my mobile i spoke to reception to ask if i could make the call from my room and obviously i would pay. They said i couldn't do this however they will send someone with a mobile that i can make the call from.

I had a wonderful time at Remas Hotel Suites. The staff were welcoming and kind, and were quick to respond to any requests. The room and bathroom were clean, and I was kindly given access to an equipped kitchen during my 3 week stay. The location was convenient as a hypermarket was a short walk away, and there was an adjoining coffee shop and restaurant that served good food and coffee at affordable prices.
A good hotel with very helpful and friendly staff and spotlessly clean.
We stayed here for 4 days and found it to be in a reasonable location for accessing the local area and airport. . There is a good laundry nearby. The complimentary airport transfer was an added bonus.

We used it as a 2 night stay before and after Dimanyiat island trip then headed off to the desert. It is ideally placed for Al Mouq marina for the trips, this is also a good place to find good at night and reasonably priced.
There is a Chinese restaurant at the hotel with good food.
We loved how affordable the accommodation was. Thank you for the free upgrade, it was much appreciated. The location is about a 30 - 40 minute drive from Muttrah but close to local beaches.
This is 3 star hotel, not 4 star. It is a bit old and could do with an upgrade in room and bathroom. But never experienced super service like this - 5 stars. Hotel offers complimentary airport pick up/drop off - worked perfectly. In-house Indian restaurent is good and affordable. Recommend the breakfast menu with pure fresh juices - and for less than 3 OMR. Location and surroundings of the hotel is 2 stars - bit outside city. No problem if you have a car or is there for business. Value for money 5 stars.
