I really liked that guy who works there saw us before our check in and helped us get in before our check in by a bit because of the heat , respect for the keeper was always there for us✊🏽❤️

Excellent for the kids, waterslides, quad bikes, swings, jumping castle, play areas.
Food prices were shockingly low for the quality received. Excellent pricing. The food was yummy too. I recommend the chicken pizza, the kids loved it. They didn't have curry on the menu so they cooked one from scratch for me!

We had a great time here (long week-end for the New Year Eve). Host is very kind and welcoming. Great villa for a family (barbecue, playground for kids, swimming pool, big garden, large rooms).
This is ideally located if you want to do the trip to Daymanyat Island (starting from Seeb / Sib port). Supermarkets and shops closed by.

Very clean, easy access from Muscat international airport, within 40 minutes drive, reception open 24/7, free parking in front of hotel, nice swimming pool, quiet location.
The property was clean with all basic amenities. A generous size swimming pool and an open patio. Kitchen was equipped for basic cooking. Property owner was kind and helpful. Has space to host a small party of 10 - 12 people
This is a very comfortable hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are rather large, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Location is also perfect for our needs.
