The location was great, walking distance to shops, beaches and information centre
Place was very clean and has comfortable beds and linen
Has a washing machine and covered clothesline
Our host popped in to say hi and let us know about contact information
Very nice central location so it was easy getting anywhere on the island. We enjoyed watching the local chicken and rooster group and had two friendly dogs around lots of the time. Quiet, lots of outdoor room. Friendly neighbours. Everything worked, plenty of power points, but there were a couple of power cuts too.
The character of the house. Definitely not the Hilton, but you know that when you book. Basic kitchen facilities to make breakfast and cook if you want. Location is excellent. The resident dog was a good companion for all. The positives to me outweigh the negatives. We are staying on an island country in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, consequently facilities at this price are going to be basic. If you cannot handle that, you can always pay $150 a night and still have roosters and dogs.
It was a good central location, walking distance to bars and cafes as well as a beautiful little snorkelling beach.
This is a four-room backpackers, good for people on a budget. All the rooms have keys so it felt very secure (and Niue is very safe, regardless!)
Helena is very helpful and friendly, and did her best to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
Lovely family run hostel, easy check-in and we felt well looked after during our stay. Great location near to shops, cafes beaches and the airport. Large living room/dining room area to socialise with other guests. Really great option for travelers on a budget.
