I think the bath tub and the room size which makes me very comfortable even though I am jut by myself. The view are alright and we can do flexible check out as well. Location wise it is near to coach station (10mins walking), near to public club on fri/sat night and the hotel is located inside Kotor old town.

Such a comfortable place, very nicely done and with stunning views from the house and the pool. Super spacious for us and our two teenage boys. Slept very well here.

This is a wonderful budget-friendly option if you prioritize being as close to the sea as possible. The hosts, Victoria and Misha, are absolutely wonderful. When I asked for a wine bottle opener, shampoo, and a hair dryer, they brought me everything right away. They also just installed a ladder to enter the sea right in front of their house and it was awesome to swim there! I enjoyed my short stay a lot. I only wish it was longer.

The property is in a great location, 15 minutes walk from the old town (there is a nice bakery on the way too). Our apartment was very clean, with good air conditioning, a washing machine, fridge, TV and some utensils. The balcony is great, overlooking the water, and the neighbours were friendly. The bed was comfortable.
