The building had an elevator and we were able to park for free on the street. There was semi-self check in as the owner has to buzz you in the front door. The toiletries provided were lovely. They did offer in room snacks and had a kitchen with coffee facilities but there was no milk available in the fridge.

Localisation of the place is absolutely amazing, both in terms of beach access as well as communication with Rome. Really great place to visit Rome and Ostia Antica as commuting is super easy. Nearby there is a great beach, public one, with bar and all required facilities. Host is super friendly and helpful, don't hesitate to ask her a questions as you'll get the best recommendations.

Very clean apartment, well equipped, I could park downstairs with my rented car , there is also very tasty bakery downstairs, frout shop, many restaurants and taverna around. Very close to aerport 7 minutes drive . Suits one or two people, I was a lone , fully privacy .

It is a nice little Apartment. I would say the best thing about the Apartment is the owner! He is a really nice gentleman whom you would be very pleased to meet. Fortunately he was free on both our arrival and departure dates/times and was very kind to collect us from the Airport and drop us back to the Airport the next morning. He charged us Euro 25 for each trip, which is very reasonable as compared to taxi charges of about Euro 35-40.
The Apartment is located about 20-25 minutes driving distance away from the Airport. To that extent, it is not really an 'airport apartment', but with the owner's kind help, the distance became manageable.
Also, please be informed that the Apartment is located on the second floor. If you have heavy bags, you will surely need help (which, once again, the owner was very kind to provide to us senior citizens!).
The Apartment is tiny but good enough for an overnight stay. It has a good sized bedroom. The kitchenette area is quite cramped. Dining table, if it can be called that, is wall mounted and has to be folded down on somewhat rickety legs. The bathroom is adequate.
Sea front is about 100-150 m away - you have to cross a busy main road to get there. When we visited, the sea was exceedingly rough - venturing into the sea for a dip was totally out of the question.
We could not see any restaurants or convenience stores nearby, but the owner informed that there were a few.

Our host was a very kind and helpful person. House very clean and cosy, fresh because Paolo put air conditioning on, everything perfect. Interesting location, very near to the airport, seaport and beach and all the services to go into town I hope next time I'll have some more days to spend and stay in that beautiful apartment.
The place is in a retro style, but very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the view of the beach is beautiful. The surrounding beaches are sandy and very beautiful. We enjoyed it. The location is close to the airport.
The location was great near the beach and a supermarket near by. Very clean apartment and welcoming host. She met us at the apartment and showed us everything. There were beach towels, umbrella and some toys for the beach. We only stayed for one night but would recommend for longer stays.
The owner Siliva contact me in the right time about my arrival, she was very helpful about taxi and other informations. Accomodation is cosy, great dispositions of rooms, external blinds make a fine temperature inside, the entrance very clean with nice smell :) Location is perfect, close to station to train to Roma and also close to beach, local restaurant with tasty Italian food, cafeteria, grocery.
The host welcomed me himself, showed me the room which was fully equipped, it was very clean, meticulously well organized, I was amazed, the has was very kind, this place has the advantage of being close to the beach only 20 min walk, and close to Rome the main tourist city about 25 min train and metro which are very good and cheap, I will come back and definitely recommend this place ❤️

Good location. Big room. One of the receptionist is chill and cool (slim and tall chap). There is a fridge. Has a big parking lot. Close to beach. Beds are o ok. Linen is provided. Overall an affordable place to stay, which is often cheaper then local alternatives.
