This was such a beautiful wholesome stay! We were welcomed by the hosts and made to feel at home. The breakfast and coffee was great!
Not a negative, however, should note that if you don't have a car it's a 30minute shuttle up and down in the local shuttle bus. It can be quite crowded at the end of the day so not always guaranteed to get a seat. Purchase tickets prior to getting on at the train station to save you money! Easy to access the beautiful local hikes once you get your bearings!

lovely host Susan and place was delightful..neat as the pictures, clean as a whistle, breakfast was delicious with fresh made banana cake , breads and jams..and the most delightful on-site honey.. even the bed was comfortable.
Susan was talkative and informative.
I doubt the rest of Italy will top this stay !

Great place to stay. Very polite owners welcoming us with wine and a plate of cheese and ham. Accommodated our request to have an early breakfast as we needed to leave early. Rooms were spacious and clean. Amazing garden and beautiful pool. Highly recommended!!

I have stayed in a few hostels and this place is truly a hidden gem! It is situated in very magical and peaceful location. Local cat guards take care of your safety during your stay :)

Although the pathway to the train station consists of several stairs, this location is well connected by train to La Spezia and Genoa, including the famous 5 Terre.
Exceptionally beautiful and quiet location. Good breakfast - coffee, bread, cheese, ham, cakes. Good value hostel, very clean. I really appreciated being able to access it via train and a twenty minute (very steep) hike, because when I was planning my journey I assumed I'd have to hire a car in order to access such tranquility. I didn't realise that there was a bus service from the train station to the hostel, but probably would have walked anyway.
