The location was perfect; in the middle of the Old Town with free parking. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Dzeni was incredible; very helpful, warm and friendly. She even took the time to escort me personally to a store that I wanted to go to and purchase beautiful Istrian olive oil and wine. My room (suite) was very spacious, fitted out with modern furnishings. It was very clean and had a lovely ambience. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room is really beautiful, the look down the hill and over the ocean is just wonderfull.
Everything is very modern and nicely decorated. The location in the old "town" part is very cool, as well. pizzeria rumore is one of the best in Istria, so is pizzeria Napoli at the square. The Negri family sells award winning olive oil and great wines. All in a couple of minutes by foot.
Parking is not a problem: Astrid registered our number plate so we could pass the restricted road and always found a parking lot along the street. Still, watch out where you park as we got two big scratches at the car there. Near the pizzeria there is a little store selling honey and souvenirs. On its left you follow the stairs, turn right twice and find the building 😊

Gorgeous facilities, the pool area is an absolute dream. Not over crowded which makes the site feel really private. Really well thought through layouts of the accommodation, great breakfast served by the pool. Also had a fantastic massage and would highly recommend splashing out for a treatment. The site is only a short walk away from the nearby town and I’d highly recommend the restaurant Napoli in the square which had such great food at reasonable prices. Also, only a short drive to a couple of really gorgeous beaches nearby (Huboka Beach probably our fave). Great base for a trip down to Pula. We would definitely go again if returning to Croatia.

The location is very practical, you can visit the old town without a car and it is very calm in the night!
The internet is very fast too, which was important as I had to work a bit in the evenings too.
The host was very kind and gave me good tips for places to eat out and go on a nice walk.

Peaceful location in beautiful setting with views to the coast and old town of Labin. Very clean and comfortable apartment, great facilities available for guest use. Lana was very helpful on check-in. Definitely recommend staying here!
This is a quiet area location. Safe parking. Big terrace for outside dinning. BBQ area. Very clean rooms and pleasant smelling bedding. A well equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave, big refrigerator including. Mosquitoes protection on window and electrical repellents in the sockets. Small pool was a bonus for the kids.

I had a one-night stay at the apartment Moreno. The location was easy to find by car, in a quiet rural setting, nice nature close to Labin. I find the photos of the apartment's surroundings to be somewhat misleading as it is situated in a cluster of host's family's houses and has little privacy. Despite that, host and her family were very respectful and friendly. The apartment was very clean. The terrace is nice.

The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and was spotlessly clean. Our stay at this property was spectacular. We will definitely return here again.
