Beautifully designed and , loved the pool and spacious to do laps! Bed was very comfy. Was peaceful and luxurious. Breakfast/cleaning lady was very kind and polite. Breakfast was very tasty! Loved the omelette and french toast. Nice to have working TVs for when you just need some downtime.

Everything was great. Probably the best option in Santorini. Let's start with Dimitris and Panos (father & son) who run this hotel in such a friendly way. We felt at home after one minute.
Great surprise with the room : it's like a 2-stories apartment, super clean, well decorated and so convenient ! Breakfast was excellent, always served on time (like a Swiss clock!), pool area is so nice and clean. And since the hosts are so kind and attentive, all the guests were super relaxed and friendly, which gave a great atmosphere.
Another thing : the hotel is perfectly located, almost "in the middle" of the Island, very convenient to go everywhere. The parking spots are 10 meters to the room entrance, which makes everything super comfortable.
We'll come back for sure. Please don't raise the prices because this ratio quality for price was excellent.

I stayed here with my mum and sister on a family holiday we were taking for my mum's birthday. We only had 4 nights here which I think was the most disappointing thing about this stay. The place was beautiful and the owner was so lovely and helpful. We even came back to a surprise gift of wine and treats to celebrate my mum's birthday. The location was nice being out of the way but would definitely recommend getting a car or bike of some sort just to get out and see the island, not that you want to leave the villa though. Couldn't have asked for a nicer stay and will definitely stay here again if I ever get the chance to return

We stayed at To Spitaki sas for 9 days in the middle of October this year, and it was great! The apartment is very cozy, comfortable and it has everything you need. The location of the accomodation is very good, because it is in the middle of the island, which means you can get anywhere you want in a relatively short time. It also has a parking spot, which is quite hard to find on Santorini.
Last but not least, Christina is an awesome host, very helpful and very friendly, but not intrusive. She is there for everything you may need, but she will still provide you privacy and will not bother you if you don't want to be bothered. She sure makes everyone feel welcomed and it is definitely one of the best host we have ever stayed with during our trips. Wish you all the best, Christina, and wish you guys a nice stay!

The location is great- close to everything. The owners were very polite, helpful and willing to suggest places and restaurants while being discreet at the same time. They also welcomed us with tsipouro and traditional sweets upon our arrival and they offered us a bottle of wine for our stay and a small present when it was time to leave. The room was very clean and well organized- it really felt like home. I would definitely stay there again -hopefully in the near future.
Christina is the prefect host! I got fantastic recommendations, quick responses and was left to my own privacy as and when was needed. Everything that I required for my stay was available to me. To Spitaki Sas is brand new and in pristine condition - a real luxury to stay in. The location is ideal for everything I needed and really easy to find. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone interested in staying here! There were no faults; I had such a wonderful time and hope I'm able to visit again very soon!
Super helpfull and friendly staff 😉 Rooms very clean and very good standard of rooms. Bus stop to any location just next to the hotel. It's the perfect place to explore the island. Highly recomended!
Panos was a fantastic host, very friendly and helpful. In fact all staff we met were lovely. The apartment was beautiful, brand new, spotlessly clean and finished to a very high standard. Fabulous jacuzzi and large terrace area. Good location with transfers easily arranged and good value. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.
Lovely and clean, very modern facilities and the staff went out of their way to help. The location is nice, quieter that Fira but the bus routes are good and cheap.
Ideally located in the centre of Santorini, walking distance from the local village, as well as easy access to the hot spots. Our room was spotless and our host Irena went above and beyond with recommendations for things to do, booking car rental and taxis. Breakfast in our room every morning was an additional treat we very much enjoyed. Overall great stay, would highly recommend!
