The property is located at an amazing location with view over the Kini beach and surrounding area. You can watch the sunset and sunrise due to its geolocation. The hotel itself has a wonderful architecture in line with the natural landscape. Minimalistic, well thought through even to the smallest detail. The interior and outdoor design and decoration is as if it’s from a magazine. Superb breakfast with local produce, tailored to guests’ needs. Spotless clean rooms. At the bar area there is an amazing pool to cool off during the day and evening. The place is screaming sustainability. What made me love this place even more is its hosts, Terezdina and Andreas (and their amazing team) who have been extremely helpful from the get go, friendly and always with a smile on their face. In addition to their love for really good music and of course, animals. Their genuine unpretentious hospitality and their attentiveness and proactiveness does not go unnoticed and it was greatly appreciated by my mum and I.

Perfect for a beach holiday in Syrus. Although the apartment is at the road to Kini, it is very quite and only 5 Minuten to Kini beach. Everything is new and super clean. Loukia, John's Mum is lovely. Everyday she had a little detail for us: flowers, eggs, orange juice.
The view from the balcony is incredible and you also have a second outdoor space at the front: depending on the sun/heat you can choose your place to chill.
The kitchen is tiny and equppiped for basic meals: pasta, salads. Most of the time we ate out.
We stayed 10 nights and got to explore wonderful Syrus. At Loukias we felt like home.

Location is perfect, it is close to Lotus beach and Kini village is 10 minutes walk. We had a balcony overlooking the sea with own table and chairs, where we had our breakfast in the shade. Although the balcony is shared with several other apartments, it is spacious and arranged in such the way that other guests had their own entry and we had perfect privacy. The apartment is spacious, very clean and with all necessary amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. The host was kind and helpful.
The place was very clean , well kept and looked after . The view from the balcony is beautiful. The staff are incredibly kind and offer services you would not get elsewhere. The location is great and the village of Kini is stunning .
YIannis was very kind and gave us many tips on what to do in Syros, he was always available for any questions. The room was very clean and well decorated. Kini is a very calm and relaxing location for whoever needs a break. Thank you YIannis, we will definitely be back!

The place was spotless and very well thought out making it extremely comfortable. Many sitting and lounging areas. Exceptional view. The location is excellent and close to everything. The beach is fantastic and the beach bars and restos were also very good, tasty food and fabulous cocktails. The hosts are fantastic, very welcoming, helpful and kind.
It was a nice location with great views of the water. The room i had was great, (Room 1) it was very clean great outlook and spacious. The staff were great also and very welcoming. I saw one negative review before staying but i was glad i stayed there. I would rebook room 1 anytime.
The place is great. The owner is super nice and helpful. He texted us beforehand to help us with the bus and also ordered us taxi to get back to port. The place itself is very clean, beautifully set up. I personally loved the shower. Location is also great, close to beach, just 3 min away. The little restaurant is right at the end of the street. If you ask guys there for a sunbet a day before, you might be able to book one for 5 euros (unlike overs, that can cost up to 50€). Overall we loved the stay, would recommend further and come back :)
The apartment is well situated and a lot of money has been spent preparing the location which is sea facing and very well maintained. Eleni was friendly and very helpful. The apartment was very clean and well serviced.
Everything is simply fantastic. Sunset, quiet and peacefully location and the very welcoming hosts with great advices to explore the island. Room is very clean and very nice decorated, good air conditioner. Thank you for everything (including the fresh eggs 😀)
