Great sized studio apartment with terrace area. Comfortable and clean with everything you need. A few minutes walk to a bustling port with restaurants and bars with beaches around the corner. Owner was very friendly and helpful and went out of his way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We were travelling through so only had one night but would go back again.

Great location. Huge living room with open space kitchen. Nice furniture in all the rooms. Air conditioning is mandatory during the night. There is lot of vegetation around there so the air is quite moist during the night especially. If you leave the air conditioning at night in the living, it cools the entire house and you can sleep really well.
Very well positioned, close to beaches and to restaurants (close meaning 10-20 minutes by car). Perfect position to go to Atos and Fiskardo. Also a lot of beautiful beaches in the north of the island.

If there was a higher rating than 10, I'd give it to this property and to its amazing owner, Adriana! The apartment is very nice, it has two bathrooms which is very convenient, and there was water, wine and biscuits waiting for us at the apartment. The property is located just outside Agia Effimia, and just a 5 min drive from Myrtos beach. It's very calm and surrounded by amazing sights. Adriana is probably the best host we've ever had! Thank you for your hospitality! I highly recommend this place to everyone visiting the beautiful island of Kefalonia!

The location is great, less than 5 minutes walk down to the main beach and town square. The house stylish, comfortable and very clean. Lovely yard with pool and dining table.The communication with the hosts was very good.
Good location - just a short walk to beach. Spacious a little basic but very clean and everything we needed incl strong shower with plenty of hot water. Hosts were friendly and very accomodating. we had a late flight so let us check out late afternoon so could have a shower etc after a final stint on the beach

I had the most wonderful stay at Linardos Apartments. The location and the view were incredible and couldn’t be more perfect for my requirements. The room was so lovely, had everything you need, was cosy and cute, modern bathroom. The welcome with the bottle of wine and cake was lovely. They clean every day and the place is spotless. It really felt like home, I could live there very easily! I already can’t wait to book again for next year!
Clean, everything you need, nicely presented , loved the different seating options either in room, on balcony or 2 communal terraces which were ideal for eating or playing games as a family using more than one room. Fantastic bathrooms great views , fab location nice to have parking. Lovely helpful friendly host welcoming and lovely touches made it special. Very comfortable beds.
