The proprietor is very kind and helpful. We had to rearrange our travel plans as our car broke down and arrange for something to get delivered to the Guesthouse before our stay, which she kindly received for us, so it was there waiting in the room when we arrived.
The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. We use Gordon House as our preferred stop now if we are travelling to and from Poole Harbour.
Breakfast is great too.

Everything was fantastic from start to finish. The yurt was better than we could have ever imagined. Every member of staff we met was so incredibly helpful and friendly. The site was beautifully maintained and all the toilet blocks were spotless. We only left this morning and already hoping to book again for next year.

The location was ideal. The staff were excellent, we were able to secure our room key before check in due to the nature of our visit. The food was great at both breakfast and the evening meal we had. A fan was provided in the room during the peak of summer.
One of the nicest places I’ve stayed. The room was cosy and everything was fresh and clean. The breakfast was amazing and Anne was lovely in making sure everyone had what they needed.
It was perfect location wise to have somewhere affordable to stay that was accessible to visit Brownsea Island. And Wimborne was a lovely little town to wander in to.
We had stayed in another property on the site previously so was happy with the location. Very clean and the owners were very helpful when the gas had run out.
Very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped accommodation in a rural location. There was a small back garden to relax in. Peter and Sarah were friendly and kindly let us store and charge our e-bikes in their garage. They also provided deck chairs and sun loungers but we didn't have much hot weather to use them.
The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the town square. Our room was very clean and beautifully decorated, the whole hotel including the bar and restaurant area is very pretty with plenty of seating. Room was well equipped with everything we needed including a fan which was much appreciated as the room was very warm. The staff were lovely and very helpful, especially the man who dealt with my daughters unusual request at gone midnight for her favourite hiccup remedy!! (thank you!!) Would definitely stay again.
