Good communication, easy access, no keys required. super comfy bed, room was warm, shower great . Everything you need. I'm a solo over sixty female and I was concerned about the dark passage way down to the main entrance, but the security lighting was great not only outside but also as you entered the property. I will be back

Quite a spacious flat. We had comfortable beds and the shower was decent too. There was a comfortable sofa in the lounge and the wifi signal was good. The kitchen had the essentials needed to cook for ourselves. Parking was not an issue. Overall a good place to stay and I would highly recommend.

The location was extremely convenient for the centre of the town.
The room was very nicely decorated and very clean. The building itself was also very interesting.
All the staff were so friendly and helpful.

The ease of check in, the safety was high standard, room was spotless as was the modern very spacious bathroom, comfortable bedding etc. Bonus microwave and fridge plus cutlery and plates. My room on second floor had lovely green views. Congratulations on creating such an ideal “home from home” for short stays.
Reception staff member got me a room, last minute and couldn’t have been more helpful. Food was acceptable, brought quickly and reasonably priced. Food/bar staff were also friendly. Room was spotless and has air con. Easy location for work travel. Very little noise from M6 traffic, despite facing junction 10.
