The staff were all very friendly and helpful, both on reception and in the restaurant. The breakfast was great, with lots of choices for kids. The room was clean and comfortable, and great value for money, even more so after factoring in our complementary upgrade.

Our room was great, nice and big and very clean... great location, walking distance to the town.

Staff is lovely and very helpful. The location is in Tamworth town centre and at a walking distance from the main attractions. They have also a pub in the same structure (ground floor) and the food is very good. My room was tiny but very clean and wi-if works very well.
The location was easy to find, very centrally located with good access to shopping, cafes and restaurants. The ‘open plan’ lounge/kitchen are a bright open space which has a corridor leading off to the bedrooms and bathrooms. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. There was milk, tea, coffee and some provisions left for our use. Ellen was very accommodating and allowed us entry earlier than arranged. We would definitely stay again, if we had the chance to.
