I had stayed here on a previous trip to Lymington and was delighted to be able to book a room again. The property is only a 5 minute drive from my stepson's house, there's ample parking, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and there are toiletries and coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Check-in was easy, the bed was so comfortable, and there's a Waitrose just around the corner. The property is away from the main road so it's lovely and quiet. I would definitely stay again.

Five star bed and breakfast accommodation in an ideal location for exploring Hampshire and the New Forest. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts, John and Stephanie, were extremely friendly and helpful.

8 of us stayed here in 3 of the cottages for a wedding at Pylewell Hall. Ideal location and in beautiful surroundings, furnished very well, flap jacks were amazing the best I’ve ever tasted. The horses greeting you in the morning was lovely. Hosts were very helpful and accommodating.
Carl helped us find the cottages when we arrived. He was very friendly. The cottages were spacious (Shepherds Crook and The Piggery), very clean and modern with the countryside touches. Beautiful location. There was a great deal of attention to detail with the small things such as tea, coffee and milk.
