Room was immaculately clean with a comfortable bed and large bathroom. Our delicious cooked breakfast was delivered to our room each morning. We really appreciated that our hosts had organised free parking permits for guests' use. Easy level walking distance to town centre and beach.

Decor throughout was dated but quaint. Included breakfast was excellent. Thought about having dinner at the hotel on several occasions, but found it to be significantly over priced for a family hotel. Staff were great and the location ideal for walkers or beachgoers.
The location is outstanding and very good for walks and access to the beach. The open air swimming pool is a good size and was very clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We didn't use the bar but it seemed to be popular with guests and visitors.
We love the 'old-worldy' charm of the Knoll house. It's a little dated, but that is part of it's charm. Everything is spotlessly clea, and the Staff are always attentive. The Location of this hotel is second to none.
Nice and old fashioned , good mix of rooms from 1930s to mid 1960s. In the main hotel. Very good breakfast. The room we had was very clean The bathroom was good having a bath and two showers. The hotel is in a great location beaches close by.
