I stayed one night at Eldon Lea while travelling for work. It was snowing when I got there but the accommodation was warm and cosy inside.
The bed was very comfy, the room was clean and if I was in the area again I would stay there again or recommend to others.

This was exactly what I needed in an overnight stay in Dingwall. It was very warm, in the dead of winter. The room had what I needed including plenty of plugs for charging, and the breakfast the next morning was great. Moira, the host, was lovely.

The room was very comfortable for our family. Our children slept on the bed, not on the sofa, as is usually the case in family rooms. The room was large and comfortable. And one detail that stole my heart was the carpet on the floor. It was made of real tartan, so stylish and fashionable!

The welcome at Kylelachin was extremely warm, with flexibility in check-in, etc. The room itself had everything you'd expect, was warm (not TOO warm though!) with a comfortable bed and a decent armchair, so was good to relax in. The bathroom was large, spacious and well set up.
The breakfast was exceptional, really well cooked and as much as I can imagine anyone wanting to eat in the morning!

Good communication, we managed to get into the property easy enough. Nice clean and spacious room. Would definitely visit again.
For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
Excellent choice of breakfast options. Very comfortable bed. two comfy chairs to relax in with a view over the garden to the hills. Very welcoming hosts including the animals! Room to park the car. Ideal location for travelling around from. A few eating places in the small town. Some lovely walks around here.
Comfy bed, rooms were a good size and clean. The price was great - we paid £65 a night for a family room and the cheapest alternative we could find anywhere within 30 miles was £258! Free parking. Also in a handy location close to shop , deli etc Definitely read some reviews before booking. If you're just looking for somewhere clean and basic to lay your head for the night then this is perfect but if you're expecting something more then I'd recommend booking elsewhere.
The location is superb. Room is very clean and tidy. Perfect colour matching with relaxing interior environment. Owners are very friendly and caring. The most important thing is the beautiful view through the front window.
The location is very handy. The only guy on hand to deal with guests did eventually seem to grasp that things weren't up to scratch and allowed us to search the whole hotel until we could find enough rooms in an adequate state of repair to accommodate our group.
The Hotel is in an amazing location and cannot fault it's handiness for the Ullapool route. This place has had a few, not so great reviews, but to be honest we liked it . The room was clean , bathroom spotless and the , ok, slightly faded grandeur was impressive . The staff were really helpful and very pleasant . Place was a bit of a bargain also . We would have no problems staying again .
Fantastic location and great communication from the host. The cottage has everything you need to be comfortable away from home. It was also very good value for money and was ideal for the size of our family (2 teenage kids).
