On arrival the location is stunning. The castle itself is beautiful in its surroundings. Our room is quite possibly the nicest room we have ever stayed in, comfortable and the character is everything we could have hoped for. We didn't eat in the restaurant, but partook of the bar menu. The Angus burger is one of the best I've had in a very long time and the vegan option, my wife assured me was fantastic.
The staff are polite, professional and extremely welcoming. I cannot recommend Dalmunzie castle highly enough.
The Claymore is an attractive Victorian residence with its own private drive with free parking and gardens, only 2 minutes walk from Pitlochry town centre. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

The room was spotless and very well appointed. I didn’t expect all the toiletries etc which were in the room even a shower cap and slippers not to mention a corkscrew! Well done. Very nice breakfast served by very pleasant staff.

The Poplars was in a great location. Hosts were lovely and very keep to make sure everything was just right. House and rooms were spotlessly clean with a lovely lounge you could relax in. Breakfast was very nice . Parking was also very good. Would highly recommend this guest house
For those on a budget, these cheap and cheerful hotels still have a lot to offer, with most offering WiFi and convenient locations. Popular with backpackers, many properties can be found in central locations and include comfortable rooms with private or shared bathrooms. You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
The location was lovely. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is basic but good value and ideal for a stop over. It was great having the self catering facilities and a dining room.
Amazing location, just beautiful! Great for wildlife. Very clean and family friendly. Lots to do for kids if the weather is nice. Loved the outside space. Handbook was very helpful and we enjoyed some of the suggested walks. We visited a few places within the area and enjoyed the local Highland Games. Fantastic. Would love to stay again!
Perfect location in the Cairngorms along the "snowroad"
Beautiful mountain views
very friendly staff
everything very clean.
It used to be a hostel with all kind of sports facilities. but now it is a very nice place to stay.
Idyllic location if you want peace & quiet. Dinner was good, public areas were comfy - nice log fires. Breakfast was good & there was plenty of choice. Spotless towels & bed linen.Friendly staff.
Amazing property at the Scottish highland. The shared bathroom is very clean and the rooms are spacious. The location is ideal if you’re planning to ski in Glenshee. You can rent the ski gear from the lodge owner too with a cheaper price compared to the ski center. Highly recommended
