I stayed here last Friday with a friend and had an excellent experience. Check-in was seamless—just a quick phone call to a number promptly answered by Michaela Martina, who was incredibly friendly and informative.
The apartment was lovely, with a nice, clean setup and thoughtful touches like milk in the fridge.
In the morning, I had the pleasure of meeting Martina in person. She was just as happy, bubbly, and helpful as she had been over the phone.
The combination of a great apartment and fantastic service means I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Less than 2 miles from St Helier, Westhill has free Wi-Fi, 2 heated pools and free parking on site. The hotel runs a regular free bus service for guests, with buses traveling to St Helier town center.
Perfect location, walking distance to the shops and restaurants.. Even though there was no parking, there was a car park less than five minutes walk and very cheap to park over night.
Our room was huge, very clean , there was a bath and a separate shower , super large towels

Quite a number of the hotels in Jersey are extortionate. Runnymede Court, however, is great value, and the location is ideal. The staff are super friendly. The room was smallish, but very charming. It was exceptionally clean, and the WiFi was excellent. I'd highly recommend this hotel for people looking to enjoy Jersey on a budget
It was spotlessly clean, breakfast was lovely, the, common areas of the hotel were beautiful and staff were friendly and professional.
Tea and coffee facilities were generous and it's location on the sea front was a bonus. It was 10 minutes walk into town with a cheap bus service running right outside the hotel if preferred.
For the price, this was an excellent hotel. Comfortable, clean, with fantastic and friendly staff who bend over backwards to make sure you feel welcome. A great location and a lovely breakfast. Absolutely no complaints at all, and it's ideal for those visiting St Helier and looking for a delightful, unique, and affordable place to stay. This place overdelivered and I left feeling like I'd found somewhere that cared about its guests.
We have stayed here before. The ideal location and free parking are great. It is a bit tired in some areas and a bit old fashioned. But it is under threat of closure and the staff are so upbeat about it, they still offer very good service and are very friendly. The breakfasts are plentiful and nicely cooked, with fruit and cereals to choose from. The indoor and outdoor pools are a bonus if you are a swimmer. The rooms are comfortable and are spotless. The cleaning staff do a grand job.
