Centrally located in a beautiful tranquil setting, easily found with allocated parking space. Contact from staff was perfect and housekeeping staff very helpful. Stayed in the Sun Room which was lovely and included a small fridge to keep breakfast items chilled, as appropriate.

Stunning location - A beautifully restored cottage right on the Loch with all mod cons; and a wonderful open fire. Toasty & cosy. Perfect after a long day discovering the Loch. 🏴🏴

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the staff. I checked in one evening and was actually shown to my room by the chap on reception. A very nice little thing to do I thought. My room was a single but still plenty big enough. It was absolutely immaculate and spotlessly clean. Nice comfy bed, great towels and the shower was brilliant. I had a meal booked later in the bar. They have a fantastic range of beers, lagers and ciders. The food was fantastic and I can highly recommend the haggis! The breakfast is also superb. The location of those hotel is brilliant. A short drive out of Glasgow but in the beautiful village of Luss. Wakk out of the front door, straight across and in 5 minutes your on the shores of Loch Lomond and a superb viewing point. The whole experience was faultless! Credit to the staff, chefs and management.

We booked this as a last minute deal and were not disappointed. We booked an executive room and paid a little more for this room type and it is certainly worth the upgrade. The view was to die for. Truly spectacular. An unobscured view from the room and from the balcony out onto Loch Lomond. The room was extremely well appointed and the bed was super comfy. The hotel had plenty of parking and was easy to find. The food was exceptional and the choice of beverages at the bar was sufficient, but not extensive. We dined in the evening and had breakfast and I had the Haggis, needs and tatties in the evening which was amazing and I had the full English for breakfast which was superb too. The location of the hotel was spot on - we were about a 3 minute walk into the village of Luss, which is really picturesque and well worth a visit, especially the view from the pier and the quaint gift shops. There is truly nothing, not to like about this hotel. I would stay again in a heart beat.

You’ll also find a number of options which feature a 24-hour front desk and luggage storage.
Great location, right on the banks of Loch Lomond. Very clean, excellent facilities, very well stocked like a home from home. Communication was great from the host.
Very well equipped kitchen, GREAT heating (the dog and baby appreciated the underfloor heating when it was minus 2 outside), spotlessly clean, great location, lovely garden
The location is perfect, stunning views to wake up to in the morning. Husband and I needed a break away and this was perfect.
Easy to access the property with key code. Inside the cabin was very homely.
Ideal place for some peace and quiet.
If you want to stay in a castle and still travelling on a low budget - this is the place. Location is superb. Especially if you are up to hike Ben Lomond. The hostel is fine as usual.
Excellent location for the West Highland Way. We stayed in one of their chalets, which seemed to be newly refurbished. Very clean and comfortable. Restaurant food very tasty and staff friendly and the views across Loch Lomond were stunning.
The staff were great! Very welcoming and helpful. Dinner was good. The location is fab and the comfortable lounge with an amazing view was so relaxing. The hostel is currently undergoing some refurbishment we noticed some older style shower units and some lovely new ones. The hostel was immaculate absolutely spotless - no easy task with walkers to and fro - well done!
