An attractive and beautifully presented suite with comfortable beds and a nice shower room overlooking a picturesque garden with a babbling stream at the bottom. Plenty of essentials in the little kitchen for an overnight stay and games for the children which they loved. The cooked breakfast was absolutely delicious and set us up perfectly for the day ahead.
Natural beauty can be found close by in The Peak District National Park and in the traditional Yorkshire villages and countryside which surrounds Lyndene.

What a beautiful B&B with wonderful views of the countryside. The hosts were extremely welcoming & friendly. Our room was very comfortable with tea & coffee available. The breakfast was delicious & plentiful. We had access to their gardens to sit, drink & take in the views. Would highly recommend.

This is an absolute hidden gem! I am reluctant to write how wonderful this property is, in case it gets so booked up I will not be able to return soon! Personal touches throughout with everything needed to make this the perfect place to stay. I can't recommend Heaps House enough.....and the comfiest bed ever, with the amazing bathroom! This was a short two night break for complete 'time out', rest and relaxation....and Heaps House delivered in full! Thankyou for giving time to make the best memories...x

What lovely accommodation we only stayed one night for a wedding at the nearby Cubley Hall which is a 2 minute walk away. It was much nicer than a hotel room very well presented will definitely book again highly recommend

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Most friendly and helpful owners, lovely and great first impression of the accommodation. Everything was exceptional. It was very clean and stylish. Room was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with our stay. We hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
great location to town centre. very clean accommodation. very good breakfast. check in was 4pm but i let them know i was arriving around dinner and they had the room ready for us when we arrived. nothing was to much trouble for them. would definitely stay again.
Nice property in a good location for Penistone, we stayed in the loft bedroom which was large and spacious and very clean, the breakfast was excellent as were the hosts, definitely return if in the area
