Absolutely everything was perfect! The location is stunning. The studio room we had was ideal for a getaway, double bed on lower floor with kitchen area (no oven) huge bathroom. Towels, toiletries, tea and coffee. Upstairs a cosy living area, with a dining table and 2 single beds. So warm and cosy. Beds very comfy. Tv Upstairs and downstairs. Lovely views all around the property. We stayed one night but wished we could have stayed longer. We loved everything. Cooked breakfast too included in our price. Lovely friendly helpful hosts. Was honestly the perfect place. Highly reccomended.

Paul and Sophie made us very welcome and comfortable. The house was warm and cosy especially as we arrived in poor weather. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the level of cleanliness was excellent. Couldn't ask for more.

The cottage was very cosy and the kitchen was well equipped. Nice bedrooms and a good bathroom. The keepers were very friendly and welcoming. There is a beautiful garden were you can stay. And in the morning the sun is welcoming you for breakfast outside.
You have direct access to public footpaths in the lovely countryside.
The house is nearby the Peak District and you are close to the famous Sculpture Park.

The scrambled egg was easily the nicest I’ve had for a while, and the sausage with the Full English was a whopper, of sound quality.
The room was in good order, warm, bed comfy.

Really easy to access property and good location with a great host

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Most friendly and helpful owners, lovely and great first impression of the accommodation. Everything was exceptional. It was very clean and stylish. Room was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with our stay. We hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
great location to town centre. very clean accommodation. very good breakfast. check in was 4pm but i let them know i was arriving around dinner and they had the room ready for us when we arrived. nothing was to much trouble for them. would definitely stay again.
Nice property in a good location for Penistone, we stayed in the loft bedroom which was large and spacious and very clean, the breakfast was excellent as were the hosts, definitely return if in the area

Nice location and value for money. The breakfast was nice and enjoyable not too busy . The staff was helpful and made the stay relaxing. We had dinner because in the location there wasn’t a great deal of choice, but glad we did really nice food and affordable
