This venue was a lovely place for us to stay while we attended a friends wedding nearby so it was a short walk to nearby amenities.
The room itself was spacious, luxurious and very welcoming and comfortable. The pub has an amazing drinks selection, such friendly and helpful staff and want to go back just to spend more time there. The keyless system of accessing the room and checking out made coming and going effortless and they did a great job making sure we were settled in and had everything we needed.

Catherine who checked me in couldn’t have been more charming or helpful. She was there as soon as I called. It’s a large house with en-suite rooms. Everything was basic and clean . Access to a large kitchen with washing machine. Considering it was a large house it was very quiet with all the other residents.
In a peaceful, rural location, this country house was originally built in 1845. Today, the house has been converted into a luxurious privately owned hotel with many beautiful original features.

The hotel seemed newly built and was very clean and tidy inside. The staff were all very welcoming and polite. The location was perfect for the purpose of our trip, not central but not rural. The room was very spacious, the view of the surrounding greenery was spectacular. I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.
The location is ideal for anyone visiting the University. The rooms are pleasant and everything feels clean and well presented. Fridge in room a bonus although it would be good to have an ice station . Beds are extremely comfortable. Staff are always friendly and courteous.
The 3 bed house has a lovely welcoming feel to it. It's in a great location near to shops, restaurants, and take aways. Around 30 mins to Alton towers.
House itself is very clean, large bedrooms and the beds were so comfortable.
