The location is wonderful, the restaurant was very good and the place as a whole had a lovely atmosphere. The staff were absolutely fantastic, friendly and approachable and made for a very warm welcome. The room itself was very clean, tidy and airy and had plenty of room. The view was also spectacular!
We liked everything about the hotel, we stayed here last year and it was exceptional so came back. From the cleanliness, to the staff and the food and the ideal location ,1 of the best hotels I've stayed in. Will definitely be back.
The location was ideal for a weekend at the NEC. The premises are lovely and impeccably clean, we didn't have time to relax in the grounds which are great, enough space for children to runabout and explore too. We gave our breakfast orders and specified time before bed and the excellent breakfasts are cooked to order, generous and delicious. The village is within walking distance with two great pubs, a village pond, green two grocery stores and a chemist. The guest house has secure parking with electric gates which work on a key fob.
Excellent location for using NEC. Used the restaurant on our first evening. Food wasn't cheap but was really nice and the staff were really attentive. We were given a voucher for breakfast which was a nice touch and used on our 1st morning.
Beautiful countryside location. From check in with the lovely staff, I felt the day's stress melt away.
A gorgeous room with everything I needed and spotless.
Immaculate white bedding on a comfy bed. For me, this is always a joy to see after a long day.
The shower was powerful and much needed relief from many aches and pains.
Close enough for the NEC, far enough away to relax and enjoy the beauty of the heart of England's countryside. Thank you!
The location was ideal, very peaceful. 4 minute walk to the local bus stops with buses running every 20 minutes to Birmingham and Coventry. Local shops a 10 minute walk away.
The room itself was beautiful. Lovely layout, very clean and I had a wonderful view of the gardens.
I didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that (however it did smell very nice!)
