How easy it was to find. The reception staff were very friendly and attentive. We lost an expensive water bottle when we left (fell out of the car) but this was handed into staff who held on to it until we were able to return to collect it. The lady cleaning the rooms was very polite and friendly.

Modern spotlessly clean very comfortable apartment. Private undercover parking area for our car was a bonus. Excellent location within a 2 minute walk of the centre. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Perfect place to stay in Lichfield.
The hotel was located in an ideal location, near to the Lichfield Cathedral and in walking distance of the town centre. They dont provide evening meals, however their sister restaurant does and if you book there and show the waitress your hotel booking card, you get 20% off your meal and drinks.
There are a lot of eateries in the town centre, so you are spoilt for choices there.
A lovely old property that has been sympathetically renovated. Great location. Very clean. Good quality fixtures and fittings. Nice little extras like a coffee machine and sweets.

Staff were very friendly, with most experience being the staff covering breakfast. The location was ideal, I travel with an elderly mother who likes to get away but is restricted in how long she can walk to see things. This location is in the town so we can walk return to the hotel and rest and then walk again. The room and communal areas were very clean.
We found the room to be spacious, very clean and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was of a very high standard and the kitchen were very happy to cater for all our requests. The location for us was ideal as the train station for trains to Birmingham was a 2 minute walk and the Lichfield City Centre the same.
