The breakfast basket was excellent/-and not all for breakfast. The setting was excellent—quiet, private, nice views. The host was quite responsive—at one point when we had a wifi question, the host’s son came over and set up the system, as well as tipping us to a lovely but low-key trail along the Devon River by the falls to the Rumbling Bridge.

Good location. 5 mins from A90. 2 convenience shops one side and an excellent takeaway pizza shop 2 mins walk the other.
Handy for early fights from airport. 25 mins drive and a good bit cheaper than Edinburgh.
Nice location, very peaceful. Breakfast and food in general was really nice. All members of staff I come across were very nice and polite, especially ladies at the reception and lady who greeted me both mornings at 7am on breakfast.
The hotel is old but stylish and very clean.
Breakfast excellent.Very tasty meal in bar and there is also a restaurant which we may try next time. Would be good if you were a dog owner as they are allowed into the bar with owners. Watched a well behaved dog and owners near by table. Staff were polite and very helpful and ideal location near Loch Leven for cycling.
Beautifully decorated, furnished and equipped, in an ideal location. Charlotte was available if we needed her (we didn't!) with a lovely welcome for us. We highly recommend this Kinross getaway.
Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived after official food service had closed but the manager and chef agreed to still get us a meal. Bar was jovial with pleasant clientele. All the staff who dealt with us were excellent.
Hotel is in a great location-town centre and right opposite a golf course and brewery tap- but very quiet in the spacious rooms.
