Room was clean, well presented and spacious, on ground floor, with roomy en-suite. Bed was comfortable, Coffee and tea facilities present , Hairdryer in drawer. Staff were very welcoming, and friendly. Dinner and Breakfast were pleasing in choice and delivery. No extraneous noise from the rest of the hotel (and the room was right by reception),slept well.

Spacious, warm and comfortable room in a period house with lots of character but modern facilities. The property fronts and backs on to parks and we found the location quiet yet only a 5 minute walk into the city centre including the O2. It is an uphill walk from the city centre to the property which may not suit all. We walked from Bristol Temple Meads railway station which took around 30/35 mins which was fine but then we had only had a back pack as we stayed just the one night.
We didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on that. Enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again and would recommend 3 Berkeley Square to others. The price was considerably cheaper compared to most of the city centre hotels.
Situated in Bath's Royal Crescent, this magnificent 5-star hotel offers a fully equipped gym and a stunning spa, leading out onto a picturesque landscaped garden.

Beautiful rooms and property. The spa was exceptional and quiet - very well maintained. The breakfast had loads of variety and the bar provided exceptional service. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. We were also double upgraded on arrival which was amazing! Plus complimentary newspapers in the morning and a turn down service at night made it very special

The service and quality of food ( dinner and breakfast) were outstanding. The location is ideal for Bath and Bristol ( bus-stop within metres; station 10 minutes walk away). It was quiet and spotlessly clean. Everything you need for a break away.
Excellent host, nothing was too much trouble. Lovely welcoming gifts, would highly recommend. Convenient location in a beautiful setting, easy parking, local shops and restaurants. Ideal.
Self-catering accommodation. Hosts very kindly provided us with fresh eggs from their chickens which we enjoyed for breakfast. Thank you!
The location was ideal for us.
Breakfast was very nice and very good value, the location was ideal for me as my family lived just down the road although it was a bit dangerous walking down as there was no public pathway. Owner and staff were very helpful
