Lovely and very well equipped room with one of the comfiest mattresses I've ever slept on. The door locks can be a little finicky but if you have the instructions to hand and go through them carefully they work fine. Free coffee machine in the lobby area is a nice touch too. The area looks a little run down but we didn't have any problems or feel unsafe at any point, even walking back early morning and the transport links are very good. Would definitely recommend.

Location for Nottingham was great. Parking opposite the property was a bonus. Local supermarkets on doorstep and within walking distance. Great fridge - really cold and much needed in the heat we experienced.
This was ideal for me...I was visiting Ilkeston for a course...it was a perfect peaceful little lodge surrounded by trees and birdsong....the host gave me a lovely welcome... nothing was too much trouble for him...I am recommending to my friends!
