Lovely location perfectly set in the centre of the town. Ideal for a short break. Comfortable bed and room very clean. The side location made it nice and quiet.
The owners Lisa and Harry were excellent hosts. Very positive and friendly, full of enthusiasm .The breakfast choices and quality were outstanding. Our room was very clean and comfortable and always warm which was very welcome after a cool day's walking. The location was ideal- minutes away from the market square with a range of places to eat. We would certainly recommend a few days relaxing at Carlton Lodge.
