A three nights stay. The staff and owner Nick could have not been more friendly and hospitable. The locals of Lechlade that I met were very friendly also. Have a penchant for The Cotswolds anyway this affirms it!

This is an unusual gem of a place. Spotlessly clean, with excellent staff and service. The curry I had for dinner was one of the best I have had. The location was ideal for me as visiting relatives near by, and in the middle of Oxfordshire with fabulous countryside around. We went for a walk and once clear of the main road found a walk through a picture perfect English village and field of wheat ready to harvest.

We had an evening meal at Mollies Diner very nice, not cheap but good quality. The staff were excellent as they were extremely busy they still had time to look after us. The location of Mollies Diner and Motel, suited us and it has a bus stop just outside which is most convenient especially if you do not want to drive.
