We had everything we needed, and location was perfect for quietness and secluded, and also a short drive for local attractions and tourist sightseeing and takeaways/ shops.

We had a very nice stay in a comfortable room with plenty of space. The location is great, with the Kelpies just a short walk away. The large parking lot was convenient, and we were delighted to see bunnies hopping around the property at night. A lovely and unique experience!

We particularly liked the felt greeting on arrival and the offer of home made cakes to have with a tee or coffee when settled into our room. Our room was very comfortable and we had the best nights sleep of all our B&B’s & Hotels. A nightcap was offered and enjoyed before going to bed.
The room & private en-suite were very well appointed and left you wanting for nothing.
The breakfast was absolutely magnificent, without a doubt the best breakfast during our travels through Scotland.

Lovely and spotless clean apartment. Kitchen had everything we needed (incl washing machine). Very comfortable bed and very handy location for the train travel (about 8 mins walk to the station). Big supermarkets nearby. Would definitely stay again.
Beautiful location, play park for the kids, place was spotless, even a breakfast hamper and everything you would need was there. Hot tub was perfect and logs provided for fire pit with the added option to buy more
The location is excellent for local attractions and access to road networks. Whilst being on an industrial estate is not the most scenic location it does mean that it is very quiet at night.
Only negative for me was I found the mattress and pillows to be too firm. But the room was very clean and shower was excellent.
