Gehan was a wonderful host, friendly and welcoming. Went the extra mile to supply milk, bottled water, orange juice and even a swiss roll. The location is great, if driving, not far from the ferry in East Cowes. Ideal location for us to visit family. The shared bathroom is exceptionally clean and shampoo, body wash supplied. Shared fridge/freezer and microwave available. In the room was a kettle/tea/coffee, recyclable plates, cutlery and a recycling bin. The window in the room wouldn't stay open, but a fan was supplied. The room is due for a make-over, but it was clean and bed comfortable.

Amazing hotel, very quirky and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in and room was lovely and warm on a cold and windy day. Amazing cooked breakfast too.

The property was ideally situated and had plenty of room. It was very clean and tidy with a lovely garden. There was no problem with parking and the next door neighbour was very polite, asking if I didn't mind him cutting his lawn as it would be slighty noisy.
Such a lovely location and experience with family. Wish we booked for longer. Sam was excellent to deal with and came back to us really quickly to answer any questions we had.
The cottage is stunning. Good quality mattress made for long sleeps after long walks.
The island is beautiful and the location of the cottage ideal for exploring
Perfect, spotless, excellent furnishings, well fitted property. Lovely garden, great location and Off street parking. 2 mins from the ferry. Close to shops, restaurants, the chain ferry and beautiful sea front walk. Had slight problem with the heating on arrival, caretaker came straight out, very friendly and helpful, reset the heating ‘hive’ control and left us with a lovely warm property.
