Property has lovely interior. It was clean and well presented. Had everything we could need for our trip and even had complimentary items set out such as sweets beside bed and hair styling products on display so were easy to find. Honestly, it was amazing! I was stressed about my interview, which was the initial reason I came to Dundee, but the staff were lovely. We managed to check in earlier, as our bus arrived earlier than expected, and the staff was accommodating and patient I had so much anxiety, I would constantly ask questions, which they answered and accommodated efficiently. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect, right next to the train station which was very helpful as my friend needed to catch the train the day after I left and it was a few minutes walk from the city centre, so it was very convenient. All I could say was that the staff and service were excellent. They even allowed my friend to stay in the same room as she booked an extra day after I left which was very convenient.

Superb apartment. Fitted out to a high standard and spotlessly clean. Two very clean bathrooms one an en suite to the main bedroom the other a family bathroom. Large soft bath towels and hand towels. Lounge large and comfortable with great views over the Tay estuary and road bridge. Accommodation well equipped and warm and homely.

My first time and I will certainly be back. Ideal location above the train station 2 minutes from town centre, V&A and Discovery. Very clean. Great facilities and staff were fab. We'll done all.
The location of the property was ideal for a short break near the centre of the beautiful Broughty ferry with nice walks and local restaurants/cafes nearby, it was very clean with nice decor throughout. The room had an extremely comfortable bed and a very powerful shower. The staff were helpful and I can’t say enough about the standards of the house maids it’s obvious by the cleaning standards that they really take the job seriously.
Fabulous hotel in an ideal location for a gig we were attending. Very clean, welcoming and staff exceptionally friendly. Rooms very comfortable with excellent shower and toiletries. Breakfast was very good quality and plentiful.
The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Bar staff were great. Great location. Very clean place and room was lovely. We got a great deal and was able to use the facilities like swimming steam room and sauna.
The room is large with a double bed. It is very functional but not luxury. Some of the features the room gad was wifi, coffee making facilities and a safe. The location is great for central Dundee.
The breakfast buffet was average however could not expect more as this hotel is within the budget range.
