The breakfast was particularly good- we loved the options and execution. Nice job. We also had time for some nice chat with the very kind owners. The room has lovely exposed beams as well and the downstairs pub area was homey and comfortable. This was the perfect place to save a little money outside Cirencester on the way to Oxford. Highly recommemned for a one night stay for sure.

Beautiful old farmhouse, my room had views to the pasture, and the horses in the morning were stunning. The inside has been updated with modern bathrooms, and we had a claw tub, shower, and double sinks. I wish we could have stayed longer!!!

Great location, very clean with everything you need in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. As they point out, the stairs are a bit steep.

The location was ideal for airshow only 15 minutes away lovely village with a few shops and a great Indian and fish and chips shop near by

The location,view & property was amazing. The room was spotless & much larger than expected. The lad working the bar by the function room was so friendly & polite a pleasure to order drinks from.
We paid extra for breakfast. On our 1st morning there was only continental but it was a good selection. Our 2nd morning we had an excellent cooked breakfast. £10 a head for continental and £15 each for cooked breakfast not cheap but worth having. Great pool; excellent room - useful to have microwave and air fryer as kitchen was closed (day after boxing day). If weather had been better we could hav enjoyed lovely scenic location more. Also convenient for Cotswold Water Park and Cirencester.
