This is a lovely, historic inn with the expected uneven flooring, twists and turns. This is exactly what we expected and hoped for. Staff were very helpful about securing our bicycles in a safe location in the lovely courtyard.
Our room was ample with a very nice modern bathroom. The beds and pillows were comfortable.
Breakfast is served in the beautiful dining room with views of the courtyard, very charming! The food was good and ample.
The inn is a couple of blocks from the main street with all the pubs and restaurants and shops.

Gorgeous, well-maintained property in a quaint and quiet location. Friendly staff. We didn't eat at the restaurant, but they have a nice garden where they make delicious pizza and cocktails. Excellent breakfast also. Free and easy parking, scenic walks all around. We had the perfect stay and would love to return some day!

I loved to stay at the hotel, very clean and nice bed. The host and staff were so nice. The restaurant food is very good but a little bit expensive, but on taste, awesome. If I come back to the town I will definitely stay again no matter the price. Also, if you believe in ghost, you will have some company at the night in the room (I am sensible to this) but they are so chill so you're going to be ok. I enjoyed my stay there.

Excellent location for visiting the Cotswolds. Accommodation was located behind the tearooms within a private courtyard. An absolute treat staying in a beautiful, historic inn! Rooms were beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was terrific. The location was ideal, just out of Burford, so parking was easy. Property is on a walk trail and we loved the walk - it took us through green fields and past old homes, for a terrific Cotswolds experience!
Very well appointed apartment, very clean, seemed brand new. Ideal location for touring Burford, Stow, Chadlington, and many other Cotswolds villages. Shady evening patio area for eating and drinking after a long (hot!) day out. On site cafe/shop with pleasant staff, chance to book an afternoon tea with fabulous views.
