The room was in need of a proper renovation and the bed was really two single beds put together so it had a ridge down the middle - worse, it was lumpy and worn out, so very uncomfortable.

Exactly what I needed and hoped for. Room was basic but very clean and well maintained. Very much appreciated the free upgrade to a double. Lovely, quiet location. Breakfast was excellent!

Property was easy to find. Not a location for those not use to driving up steep hills (foggy). Views are beautiful. Room was lovely, clean and so was the bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities great, croissants and porridge were also available. Bathroom was clean. A comdortable cosy stay.

The location is in a quiet cul-de-sac, the facilities are indeed ideal for contractors, there is parking for 1 car off road and enough for 1 car on the road.
Everything was very clean, tidy and comfortable and good value for two or more persons.
The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It has all necessary appliances, a great Wi-Fi connection and Netflix TV. Access to the property was very easy. The location is a two-minute walk from Brighouse train station. I would definitely recommend this place for short or long stays.
Nice location between Leeds, Manchester, Bradford and Huddersfield.. It has a gym, sauna and pool great for the kids. The staff were really nice and welcoming and the breakfast team was just as nice. The room was decent and for a family of four we got two double beds and a single bed ideal for teenager.
The location was ideal for us just outside the town and just off the motorway. Anything you needed was just a short distance away.
The friendliness of the staff, always happy to assist you when asked.
