The location was wonderful, you could walk into town which was fantastic as it was hard to find parking. The hikes from the house were great. Very comfortable and quiet but everything within minutes.

Quiet countryside setting. Large room! Frankie is a wonderful host who has paid attention to the finer details of what guests want/need. The house was beautiful and hosts friendly. The location was right in the centre of Bourton so ideal for our visit. Free parking was a bonus. Our room was lovely, the pantry on the landing was a nice idea and cold drinks much appreciated.

Ideal location in the middle of Bourton on the water. This was ideal for us as we were visiting the nearby Hawkstone Brewery for a tour. The room was very clean and tidy and beds very comfortable. The breakfast was great and much needed the following morning.

we are 3 sisters who went away for s short break. Roman villa was ideal for us. warm and welcoming, it was very clean and had everything we needed. we didn’t meet Jasmine but we were well informed and I felt we be able to contact her if need be. lovely cottage and great location,
Place was lovely, Staff were really nice and approachable, Bedrooms were very clean, Breakfast was nice and fresh, ideal location to the rest of the village, no more than 5 mins walk from local bakey, village shops, londis and pubs, and about 15 mins walk from Bird Sanctuary which is definately worth a visit, parking round the hotel was plentiful, overall a very pleasant stay

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and there is a lovely atmosphere throughout and it's location is ideal, right in the middle of the village itself . The rooms themselves are very clean and comfortable. We ate in the Hotels Italian restaurant our first night and would highly recommend it, the food, drinks and service were excellent. Great selection for breakfast in the mornings also. Highly recommend this stay.
