Excellent location next to Cosy Club in Liverpool 1. I used the sofa bed and my daughter had the bedroom. Both beds were very comfortable. Apartment had everything we needed. Great value for money. Will definitely go back there 😁

Great guest house ideally located for Anfield. The room on the top floor was a good size with very comfortable beds and a sizeable, spotlessly clean bathroom with a good shower. The toiletries provided were of good quality.
Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. What made our stay so special was the fantastic welcome we received on arrival and how accommodating the owner was to allow us to check in early, despite the fact that it was an extremely busy weekend for them. Superb service and very friendly people!

The owners are absolutely wonderful, so very friendly and welcoming, very fun to chat to.
The room was comfy and clean with everything I needed, coffee and tea, shampoo, body wash etc.
The location is great in terms of getting to and from the city centre, there are buses pretty much right outside and Uber is cheap to get home.
The area felt very safe too, as a solo female traveller this was very important to me.

Very comfortable room which was spotless. Included a small fridge, tv, kettle , selection of teas and coffee and milk and biscuits. en suite shower and loo.
highly recommend and would definitely stay there again when I visit . Very reasonably priced with a delicious breakfast suiting my needs.

Superb breakfast . Julie was very friendly and helpful , even phoned to check my husband’s mobility issue . Room was spotlessly clean . Location was good for getting to Liverpool and Southport.
Location is good, with good bus service near by. Julie and Peter are exceptional and go the extra mile to make sure people are looked after. Its a family home as well so very relaxed atmosphere. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfasts are especially good. It would always be my first choice when i visit Liverpool and i know i,ll be going back.
