We are regular visitors to this area but this was our first stay at Steps Farmhouse. We had a great welcome on arrival and our room was lovely, cosy and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with so much to choose from. The omelettes we had were the best we have ever tasted, setting us up well for the day ahead.

Tanya and Andy are very welcoming. Breakfast is great. In the Exmoor so bring a torch. Very quiet and beautiful. Lovely village.. Lots of walks . A car a must to see the area and to travel there.

Everything. It was spotlessly clean in a great, peaceful location. Suzanne was very welcoming and a great hostess. Great food a short drive away at The Bicknoller Inn.

A very well appointed property, comfortable, clean, with adequate facilities. It was in quiet location with lovely views. The owner, Cara, welcomed us and was available should we need her for any concerns.

Excellent location, quiet yet not too far from shops and many places to visit. Handy being by the heritage railway station for days without the car. Very well layed out holiday let with plenty of facilities, and a gorgeous garden. Everything was spotlessly clean and fresh with plenty of attention to detail. We didn’t book for the hot tub but as it was there would have felt rude not to use it, was a grand end to each day of exploring . Communication beforehand was some of the best we've ever had.
Great location to see the beach. Quiet and family friendly site and caravan. Spotless caravan and really well equipped kitchen. Really comfortable beds, great shower, no complaints at all. We hope to come back again.
Fantastic location overlooking the Severn Estuary/Bristol channel with the West Somerset Railway adjacent to the property. Thoroughly enjoyed seeing a few steam and older diesel hauled trains trundling along the estuary from my vantage point in the hot tub which was great and I made full use of it both evenings. I still have the wrinkles to prove it!
