It’s very cute and modern, with all new amenities that worked very well. The location is very cute, by the (formerly inhabited) horse stables and with an apple orchard just in front :) it’s about a 10 min drive to the beach and 5 mins to nearby Beaulieu so it’s not far from walking spots, but still very quiet and secluded. We got great directions from the lovely and very accommodating host as the place was hard to find, but with the detailed description we had no problems at all! And we had breakfast supplies provided as well :)

We had just booked the double room which was very comfortable with a great selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolate in the drinks making area, a small fridge which was an added bonus and plenty of space for clothes storage with extra seating on chairs for just chilling out!

Fabulous staff, beautiful room and a decent location. Bathroom was amazing and the bed was huge, the outside garden and terrace on our room was fabulous.

The Cabin was fabulous. Really clean, stylish and sssooo comfy. The Dyson fan was perfect over the heatwave 😃. The location was perfect. Ideal for cycling, site seeing and for us, visiting family. Hatchet pond is beautiful and just over the road. Highly recommended.
The staff were delightful and helpful. Location was perfect as a base to get around. The room and bathroom were spotless. Loved the gesture of giving a little bag of goodies when checking out.
Beautiful location, lovely staff. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with lovely touches to make it feel homely. Food was amazing. Pub and restaurant onsite with stunning views from the garden of the estuary and yachts.
Beautiful cabin perfect location for exploring the New Forest! The cabin was just perfect with no detail overlooked, spotlessly clean and we were even provided with some bread, eggs milk etc. the log burner was an amazing addition and the layout and decor was wonderful! The shower and roll top bath was also excellent. Can’t fault it, we had a wonderful weekend and really enjoyed our stay at Pear Tree Cabin thank you so much!
For us the location was perfect. With the horses right outside in the morning and views over the fields. It is down a private drive and very quiet.
The bed was comfortable and there was a large tv and plenty of room. Everything was very clean.
Breakfast was a self cook streaky bacon and eggs with milk and various cereals.
Met the host before we left as she was mucking the horses out. Appreciated the late 11am leaving time.
Overall a very good experience.
