The room was comfortable, clean and beautiful. So many wonderful little touches to make everything just perfect. The hosts were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the area. In our month of traveling through Italy and France this was our very favourite place we stayed in. The views are incredible and the breakfast one of the best we have had( Bruno’s scrambled eggs are the very best)in our travels. I can’t recommend this highly enough, a true highlight. This place is great, walking distance to the old town, just a block from Lac d'Annecy, and a short drive to Mont Blanc. Additionally, bakeries, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, and grocery stores are steps away. It is clean, well-equipped, and has good space. Breakfasts were delicious with local organic specialty cheeses, breads, honey, fruit, and more. To welcome us the refrigerator was stocked with much appreciated cold refreshments. The host, Jean Luc, is the perfect ambassador to Savoie! He is a wealth of information, so friendly and helpful, and he made our stay better than we could have ever imagined!

The apartment was very close to old town, the train station and bus station. You can rent bikes close by and ride around the lake. The kitchen was convenient to use. The host was very helpful.

The price was very good. Value for money overall superb! We stayed multiple nights and explored the area. Having a car is highly suggested. Nice staff also and most importantly for us: Very clean with daily cleaning.
