Amanda was waiting for us with her baby on the arm to make sure we got the right address. Then she showed us the apartment ( a place one would like to stay for much longer). The description of this very beautiful and well thought out place is more then accurate. We felt at home the moment we set foot into this place. Also everything in this apartment was perfectly suited for us to enjoy our stay. There was nothing we were missing. Not to forget the terrace all around the apartment was very inviting and we spent quite some time in the evening enjoying the very special atmosphere of Juan les Pins.

I had a room upgrade, which I was very happy with. I had plenty of space, a good terrace and really good bathroom. There was plenty of wardrobe space, a separate toilet, all the linen I needed and more. The bed was very comfortable. Being five floors up, the room was quite warm at night despite it being December, so I slept with the patio doors ajar. There were double patio doors and I felt perfectly safe. The only thing I didn't find out was that what I thought was a light switch operated the outside shutters so my room was a little too light.
Breakfast, a buffet, was from 7am and perfectly adequate, consisting of a good variety of hot and cold items, breads and pastries, juices, cereals and hot drinks etc. I ate dinners there in the evenings, usually the set menu, and I found the choices were excellent. I found all the staff excellent and very helpful.
The location was fine; a couple of blocks back from the sea front and very convenient for the buses. It was easy to walk to the old town of Antibes. The buses are frequent and inexpensive. The railway station is not far away either.

We arrived late in the evening, so we have to deal with terminal checking. We had 2 rooms. One room was so small, we asked for another room the next day and they were kind to move us to bigger one. They also gave beach towels, we appreciate that.

The room was a little smaller than expected but had everything we needed. Very clean and excellent location. Houda on reception went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was the best and I would highly recommend her to anyone!
We loved this hotel and are planning on going back. The location was only a 10 min walk from the seafront and the restaurants. The pool and bar were nice and clean, snacks were good. The room was spotlessly clean although not the biggest, the bed was very comfortable although that is subjective of course. The shower room was superb and spacious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Basic but great for the purpose of our trip - we wanted somewhere simple and affordable next to the beach. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Anything we needed was no trouble, he was very approachable. Cannot emphasise enough how good the location was. One minute and you’re on the beach! Also there are parking spots just outside - ideal for those with rentals. We wanted to drive to Antibes which was very easy from this place. Definitely going back!
