The apartment was light and spacious and very clean. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed. It was nice to have a large balcony to sit out on. The bed was comfortable. We appreciated having a car parking space. Although it was walkable into Evian, it was easier with a car. The communication was excellent. There was clear information and Edvin responded very quickly. We would have been happy to stay longer and would certainly return. The apartment was very good value for money and we would highly recommend.

Location! Couldn't ask for better. It was brilliant. Picture is from the street (Hotel du Palais is the blue hotel sign).
Staff were very friendly and aimed to please at every interaction.
Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Yes they are dated and a bit tired in places but this is a budget hotel and the price for the rooms reflects this.
Parking easy to access from the hotel and very secure.
If returning to Evian - I would 100% stay here again!
The staff were very friendly and efficient. The location is ideal, as it is a few steps from the promenade by the lake and near the ferry terminal for trips across the lake to Lausanne. The shops and eateries in town are also within easy reach. The railway station is an uphill walk of 20 minutes or a 10 euros taxi ride.
Would recommend a room with a balcony, if only for the views over Lake Geneva.
