I have been staying twice a year at Globales since 2018 and I actually liked the hotel very much until I was deducted a 1 night cost because I canceled at 7pm instead of 12am. I emailed the hotel and there was an option where I could've canceled and they could've waived the fees, but they refused to do. Thing is, the hotel already had many rooms available on booking.com and since I have been staying there for 6+ years, I think waiving the fee was possible especially since there were plenty of rooms available for other travelers to book. Also, I had another night booked after that and asked if they could consider the money they already took from my account to be the fees for the other room and they also refused!!

The apartment was very clean and laid out very well. The kitchen was supplied with plenty of dinner ware and the fridge was very large. The bed was very comfortable, and the linen was clean. We only stayed for one evening, but we felt safe and comfortable.

Excellent location if travelling on the E5. Brilliant alternative to traditional hotels, it's great to have cooking facilities in your room. Spotlessly clean, modern building. Very welcoming, dog friendly staff.
The only downside was the lack of noise insulation in the room, we could hear our neighbours a bit too well... But it wasn't a major issue, we did get a good night's sleep.
We would definitely recommend Be Casa.
