The property is spotless clean. The owner provided coffee pods and a tasteful selection of teas. The property has plenty of free parking and is within short walking distance to the park entrance. Left the power adapter at the property, the owner contacted me after I checked out and delivered the adapter to me while I am having lunch after my palace tour. That really exceeded my expectation and was much appreciated!!

Loved the location close to the palace and all the gardens, so convenient. The staff could not be more helpful, especially Sergio on reception and Elena at breakast. Everything was spotless.
Also the entrance to parking is easy and also there are two electric parking bays. Parking is €17.50 but the charging is free.
Nice welcome at reception. Room was very clean but tight, just enough room for the bed and 2 chairs at one end. The room was very clean and the beds were really comfy. The accommodation was in a good location, close to main shops, eateries and the palace.
A large hotel in a lovely location opposite a palace. Comfortable large room. Clean facilities. Dog allowed in hotel lobby bar whilst owners ate dinner and breakfast.

Very dog friendly. Great location and very comfortable. The breakfast was great. Welcomed our dog and we could even eat with them in a separate area near the dining room. The bathroom and shower were very clean and a lovely power shower. Easy to drive to from the motorway. We stayed for a night on our way from the north to south.
Easy to walk into town and the gardens round the palace. Dogs are not allowed in the palace gardens which is a shame.
Superb location right in the heart of Aranjuez, Accommodation excellent and spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable and shower hot and powerful. Coffee maker in room was a bonus and a proper sized flat screen TV. Bars and restaurants to suit every taste and budget all within walking distance as was the Royal Palace and Gardens. Lovely patisserie close by for a very tasty breakfast. Jose was very helpful if we had any queries and keyless entry meant 1 less thing to lose!
The property is located in a very ideal location, it is very clean and the cafe breakfast was good. I liked that the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels and it always smelt great.
