The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Helping me with various inquiries. The complimentary soft drinks, coffee and fruit in the kitchen were a nice touch. The hotel seems to play down its history as a former ladies prison, but this made for a striking mix of stylish modern and spruced up industrial architecture, with nice features (lighting, paintings etc.). I shared pictures of it with friends and they all thought it looked really cool.

This was a very comfortable, well equipped and convenient apartment. It was an easy walk to trains and trams that gave you access to the whole of Berlin. The apartment itself was very comfortable with good cooking facilities and access to a washing machine. It had it's own private patio and a drying frame we could set up there for easy drying. The host left an abundance of items for us to have including beer, snacks and ice cream, along with fresh rolls and a newspaper each morning. I highly recommend this accommodation and would come back any time.

It is a basic budget hotel, so, no great luxuries, of course, however, the location is excellent for car parking (free on-street until 8;00 am), public transport, and lots of shops, bars, entertainment etc. within walking distance. Safe area. Ideal to explore the city.
The hostel was super cheap and very clean throughout thanks to the cleaning lady who was lovely. The beds were SO comfy and we slept really well. Considering we had a room next to the street with big windows, we really couldn't hear much noise and I didn't disrupt our sleep at all. The location was amazing, stones throw away from Meringdamm station and right in the heart of kruezburg. The rooms were really big and spacious. Was perfect for a few nights away and felt very safe.
The apartment was very clean, comfortable beds, nice bathroom and kitchen facilities. Location was in a lovely neighbourhood with excellent supermarkets and food places nearby. Easy to walk to sightsee but also tram and tube very close. Absolutely ideal for a Berlin break.

We were able to check in very easily using the key-box and earlier than expected after hotel emailed instructions. Also very easily to check out at 07:30 to catch an early flight. Very clean room.

Very cheap and excellent value for money. Close to the center of Berlin, a 15 minute walk from Checkpoint Charlie and 30 minute walk from the Brandenburg gate and Bundestag. Very clean facilities with the bathrooms and the pods. Location was very good next to a Lidl for any food, near to stations for easy travel around the whole of Berlin. The pods were very cosy and we felt very safe at night. Overall a wonderful stay and I would go again without a second thought.
Really convenient for the Tempelhof tube and nearby shops etc which made preparing food easy… Great for popping in to Berlin & tourist attractions plus relatively cheap compared to staying closer to Berlin city centre. Perfect for budget travel & ideal for self catering. Good facilities & secure location
