Very clean room, great location with many restaurants and shops around, pool and massage were very good. The staff was amazing and friendly, always had an answer to our queries and helped in any way they can. Breakfast was also yummy, staff was there to give you a nice cup of coffee on request. Beautiful view of the Matterhorn from our room.
Cannot recommend this place enough! Was referred to me through a friend and so glad we stayed here! Affordable accomodation in a fantastic location and stunning views of the Matterhorn right from our window! The staff were so friendly and the place itself had great vibes. Breakfast being included in the price of booking was amazing and very helpful in Switzerland! Would definitely book again!!

A very clean room with plenty of space but it has to be said - it’s dated. The room has everything you would need though - fridge, large balcony, great location. Zermatt and indeed Switzerland is pricey - this was one of the cheapest hotels we stayed in.
Location is ideal as it is situated in between the gornegrat station and glacier paradise cable car station. It is also a quick walk to the main town area. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great with some DIY stations. Will return if visiting Zermatt again.
We tried to stay further out of Zermatt centre in a cheaper place, but we are SO glad we stayed here instead! What a beautiful B&B! Rooms are huge with a gorgeous wrap-around balcony (including a sun lounger facing the Matterhorn!). The room was spotlessly clean and nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Staff were really friendly - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious with tasty coffee and eggs as you like them. Location was perfect. I would definitely stay again - thank you!
