I have to start with the service. I have traveled my fair share, and I have never experienced anyone more attentive and eager to please than Chris. I stayed with my wife and parents. Chris went above and beyond at every turn to ensure we were having the best holiday possible.. Our rooms were spacious, and the balcony views offered everything Switzerland was supposed to be. The views from the hotel were spectacular. You are away from any tourist traffic and steps away from the North Face Trail. Breakfast was solid, and we enjoyed dinner multiple nights during our stay.

Our stay was perfect! The room we were staying at had a balcony facing the entrance to the hotel, with the windows closed, we could not hear any noise from outside. The breakfast was very good, quite an extensive spread. Some plus points, there are some guests lounge, with lots of teas and coffees, which we could also take up to our room. Also, a fully equipped “picnic room”, where we can have our take out food, and even a microwave oven to heat up the food. The picnic room is very cosy, and looks so pretty too! There was no TV in the room, but there’s one in one of the guests lounge.

Get a room with a view! It’s worth the extra money! It was stunning, and the best thing about the hotel. Toilets and showers were very clean, despite them being communal. The location is great, and there is a Coop right next door. The view from the dining room is amazing and there is a large outside eating patio and a bar.

Felt super welcome from the moment we arrived, Jeannette and the rest of the staff are all absolutely lovely! Hotel is in a perfect location with amazing views but just enough away from the centre to give you a bit more privacy. Rooms were very clean and modern, even though we stayed in the “budget room”. Nice location. Just 4 minutes walking distance from the Mürren station. Beautiful views. Large balcony. Clean room and bathroom. It has a very affordable restaurant downstairs. Had a nice dinner in this restaurant enjoying the great views of the green Swiss Alps.
The room was exceptional - clean and big. And modern. The toilet was huge and the very clean and comfortable. The location was excellent - just a few mins walk to the main Murren train station. View was amazing (when it wasn’t foggy and weather was good).

Exceptional view at Hotel Edelweiss Superior and the room was very modern, spotlessly clean and classy. It was so spacious too. We didn't want to leave! We were warmly welcomed and the owners husband was a great host throughout our stay. Lots of delicious food at breakfast and the Bircher muesli was excellent! This place is a great location to explore the surrounding areas including visiting the Shiltorn. I also paraglided here which was an incredible experience. We would definitely stay here again.
